This is a shader effect designed to produce a classy printed-poster look. There are parameters for scale, contrast, brightness, noisiness, CMYK ink colors, ink offsets, and more!

Inspired by MRMO's Halftone filter, but rewritten from scratch (I never looked at its source code).

this is brilliant! any chance of you ever trying to make the cross stitch shader MRMO made? or one like it? thats one ive never seen done in game maker and would love to try.
